This form is designed for faculty/instructors requesting information literacy and library instruction for their classes. Reference Assistants and Librarians can conduct instructional sessions tailored to individual class needs. Please submit this form a minimum of one week before the desired date. - Onsite (The librarian will provide you with a specific location or you can provide us with your class location via form.)
- Virtual for an online booking. (The confirmation email provides you with an MS Teams link.)
